What products/services does your business offer? A wide range of donut holes (six per week), that showcase amazing flavor combinations, seasonal ingredients, and local producers. Flavors include Chocolate Blackberry Nutella, Strawberry Cornbread Cheesecake, Lime Cream + White chocolate, and our booze-infused “Drunken Mass Holes”
Have you participated in the Egleston Market before? Only as a customer. I live in JP and look forward to the market every year.
What are you most looking forward to while participating at the 2018 market?
Getting to meet more people from my neighborhood, and providing them with delicious donuts. Nothing warms my heart more than seeing market-goers enjoying my creations and the smile it brings to their faces. I also look forward to Mr. Tamole’s tamales each week
What is your favorite or most unique product/service you will be offering to market-goers this year?
We will be expanding and changing our flavors each week. We also hope to offer our Lobster Hole by mid-summer, which is a giant lobster-roll donut hole.
What has been, or do you hope to be, the most rewarding part of participating in local farmers markets?
Supporting the local food scene, and spreading happiness in the world through sweet, fried treats. Make Saturday your cheat day, and pick up some Mass Hole Donuts! I’m also looking forward to saving myself a dozen to bring to Crane Beach after each market (my favorite place in the state).
